Take the chance to explore many different kinds of dances!
Traditional Mozambican dancing: We will work a lot with our bodies to see how it can loosen up and become more rhythmical and put this into practice in one or two traditional dances from Mozambique. This will also improve your over all dancing! In this class, we will be happy to have LIVE AFRICAN DRUM RHYTHMS played for us!

Solo Blues: Starting with African roots we will move in two solo blues and later partner blues.

Solo Jazz with an African Touch: Solo jazz can also be called a “Rhythm Dance” since it has its roots in tap dance. Furthemore, many tap rhythms has their origins in African drum rythms. In this class we will work with swing drum rhythms playing with authentic jazz and African dance steps.

Lindy Hop: The first partner dance to swing music that was born in the '30s in Harlem - New York and came back during the '80s! It's based on improvisation and communication between the lead and follow! When you dance the Lindy, you're having so much fun you can't stop smiling!

Partner Blues: learning to blues dance will enable the dancer to more fully understand concepts such as simplicity, clarity, creativity, expression, intensity, active listening, and musical and emotional interpretation. The connection between these concepts is critical to advanced social dancing of any kind. It is for this reason that learning blues dancing will help and improve your Lindy Hop.
